All orders are processed 2-5 days from date of order, unless indicated otherwise in the product descriptions.  

Local Pickup:
If placing an order for local pickup please ensure you contact us ahead of time with your preferred pickup time and date.

Shipping:
All orders that require shipping will be sent via the carrier of our choice.
Tracking is automatically provided once your items are processed, and packaged.

Information:
Please ensure all information provided is true and correct. It is your responsibility to input the correct information. If wrong information is provided we are not responsible for undelivered items to the incorrect location. Should you notice you made an error please contact us as soon as possible, we will attempt to correct however it is not guaranteed. This applies to both billing and shipping addresses.
